Originating in the Mediterranean and the tropical areas, the fruit of Citrus sinensis is called orange douce to distinguish it from bitter orange (Citrus aurantium). The cradle of this orange tree is located between the Himalayas and China of the South. They are the Portuguese who brought it back around the year 1400. Since, its culture was spread considerably in several countries. The soft orange tree, a small tree of the family of Rutacées, is an old hybrid, resulting probably from a crossing between maximum Citrus and Citrus reticulata.

Posology

  • External use: for the nervous problems, to apply 2 to 3 drops of essential sweet orange oil to the solar plexus and/or the plant of the feet. To repeat with the need.
  • Voie intern: consult your doctor.

Tips

  • Pour to aromatize your desserts, to add to the blanks, intervene and pastry makings 3 to 5 drops of essential orange oil.
